As condition of any grant, The Leon and Thea Koerner Foundation requires a Report of Activities on the project and its final outcome.

The Report of Activities must be accompanied by copies of all print and electronic publicity materials, notices, reviews, or other materials related to the project.

A duly completed Report of Activities for any grant must be received by the Foundation prior to future grant application submissions in order for those applications by your organization to be considered.

Handwritten Reports of Activities will not be accepted and will be returned for resubmission.

Electronic submission of the Report of Activities will not be accepted.
